BeerSelect gives artisanal brewers a solid boost. In our collective brewery in Evergem, passionate craft brewers can produce their beers in larger volumes, allowing them to meet growing demand. And that demand is real — craft beer is more popular than ever. The heart of Belgium’s unique beer culture is beating stronger than it has in decades.
To continue growing into the most qualitative collective brewery in the country, we are looking for a motivated Brewer to strengthen our driven brewing team.
Who are we looking for?
You have a passion for brewing beer.
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a (bio)chemical background, or you have completed a specific brewing education.
You are responsible for preparing and executing the brewing process according to established quality and safety standards.
You are responsible for operating, setting up, monitoring, and performing routine maintenance on the installations. Technical knowledge of brewhouse equipment is a plus.
You are eager to apply your skills and knowledge to a very wide range of recipes — as a collective brewery, we brew several different beers every single day.
You have an eye for detail, value quality, and work precisely in a clean environment.
You enjoy working in a close-knit team, are flexible, and gladly help colleagues when needed, while together building the future of the company.
You take pride in the beers brewed in our brewery.
