BeerSelect is looking for a Processing Operator (Afternoon Shift)!

At BeerSelect, we support artisanal brewers in scaling up the production of their unique beers. In our collective breweries in Ghent and Evergem, we help them meet the growing demand — because craft beer is more popular than ever.

To continue growing into the most qualitative collective brewery in the country, we are looking for a motivated Processing Operator (Afternoon Shift) to strengthen our driven team.

Who are we looking for?

• Ideally, you have a technical bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

• You are the link between the brewing process and the bottling line, joining the team responsible for preparing brews for filling.

• You have strong technical insight, allowing you to operate our installations with confidence.

• You have an eye for detail and value high-quality standards.

• You work accurately and appreciate a clean, well-organized environment.

• You enjoy applying your skills and knowledge to a wide range of beers and filling processes — as a collective brewery, we fill several different beers and other drinks every day.

• You like working in a company with a close-knit team. Together, we build the future of the brewery.

• You enjoy variety in your job and are flexible. When your work allows it, you gladly help a colleague who needs support.

• You take pride in the beers brewed in our brewery.
