BeerSelect is looking for a Junior Buyer/Demand Planner!

BeerSelect is a craft brewery offering a full‑service approach from idea to glass. In our brewery in Evergem, craftsmanship, innovation, and service go hand in hand to produce the most delicious beers and beverages for our customers. To support our continued growth and strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Buyer/Demand Planner.

As a Purchaser / Demand Planner, your focus is on forecasting and planning packaging materials and raw materials, with particular attention to personalized cans, boxes, and ingredients with limited availability. You work closely with colleagues from purchasing, production, sales, and R&D to ensure new projects are prepared correctly and on time.

This role complements the existing purchasing team, which mainly focuses on short‑term and daily orders. You provide overview, forward planning, and structure.

 What will you be doing?

• Creating and maintaining mid‑term forecasts for packaging materials and raw materials.
• Analyzing historical data and market input.
• Acting as a bridge between the purchasing team and internal sales: initiating and coordinating new projects that require personalized packaging materials (cans, boxes…).
• Processing purchases and logistics flows in our ERP system.
• Selecting and evaluating new suppliers in collaboration with R&D.
• Continuously improving forecasting processes and tools.
• Communicating daily with customers, suppliers, and internal teams — strong command of Dutch is essential due to the administrative accuracy required.
• Working closely with colleagues from production, sales, and logistics.
